Nestled in the picturesque region of Ano Lousou, Kalavryton, the Souka family has been passionately crafting exquisite honey for over fifty years. The legacy began with grandfather Nikolaos, a nature enthusiast whose deep admiration for bees led him to establish his first apiaries on the enchanting slopes of Mount Helmos. This cherished love for beekeeping was passed down to his son, Giorgos, who officially founded "HELMOS BEEKEEPING."
Today, Giorgos's four children stand united, much like the harmonious bonds of a beehive, continuing this beloved family tradition. They take pride in producing an exceptional selection of 15 distinct honey varieties, including Thyme, Elatis, Elatis Vanilla, Pine, Oak, Chestnut, Eucalyptus, Carob, Pine, and Organic honey—all crafted with love and expertise.
