There are stories that are handed down in a perfume. Woods and rooms. Fields and rows. Time becomes a journey and the perfume creeps into the succession of generations. Paolo Vecchi has breathed this perfume since childhood and the essence has taken root in him to become the balsamic passion of a lifetime.
Tenacity and far-sighted obstinacy have never abandoned him and now the perfume is generously kept in a white vinegar cellar like the most beautiful of whales. From a distance, the vinegar factory looks like a vessel sailing safely on the routes of new scenarios to be explored. As if the Modena countryside were a port from which to set sail to bring its most precious perfume around the world.
Authentic mission. Paolo Vecchi is a courageous captain who moves fast everywhere with the patience that genuine people possess. A bit like the fruit of his perfume, whose name is vinegar and whose virtue is the slow awareness of becoming.
