First-time trying high-phenolic EVOO so I have nothing to compare with. I purchased this oil because of its claim to have the highest pheno content but only planned to consume it raw for best results. The flovor is what you'd expect, but with a good, spicy back-throat kick that only a high-grade oil can deliver. I have taken 1 teaspoon per day for the past week and can definitely confirm the results are quite noticible. The significant energy increase tells me this oil is either detoxing well or successfully decreasing inflammation....or both. My diet has been losely based on Whole30 for several years so I know what low inflammation feels like. Even at the height of Whole30, I've never had this much energy. The math says I should get 48 teaspoons, or 1 1/2 months worth. This is a 5-star product, hands down. If the steep price were better justified/explained, I'd probably be fully on board. No question I'll grab more bottles but probably limit myself to 4-6 per year. Excellent product.
