OLYMPICCO delivery commitment is 24 hours to 72 hours*. So, if we do not meet the deadline, we will compensate you with $5 voucher for your next purchase.

Delivery times are expressed in business days. Our storage facilities are very fast preparing your orders, but the delivery time will vary depending on whether and COVID-19 situation the product is in stock or not, the origin and destination.

Do not worry, we make it very easy and during the purchase process we will inform you of the availability of delivery of the products you add to your cart. 

For orders made in US there are no extra charges for taxes, duties or fees.

For orders outside the U.S. additional charges may arise in case air transport is selected where fuel surcharges, eventual duties, taxes and customs charges are not included. The shipping cost is always confirmed before shipping the order and is charged to the buyer. 

For orders outside the U.S., The extra charges (fuel surcharge, duties, taxes and customs charges) weigh on the buyer with the total cost always confirmed before the order is dispatched.

You can retrieve your password from your account’s control panel by clicking on the “Lost your password?” field and then you will be prompted to create a new password. 

We’re sorry! Our platform does not currently allow you to change orders that have already been placed.

However, you do have the option to cancel your order. You have 14 working days from the time of the purchase to request a complete cancellation of your order or part of it.

To return a product, log into your account and go to the tab My Purchases. Here you will find all your orders and their products. Under each product you will find the option “Return this product”, select the reason and click on RETURN.

You can also request a cancellation by clicking here. We will send you an email with the instructions that you should follow to make the return.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, we will process the payment of the amount paid as quickly as possible, and by the same payment method that you used for the purchase.

Remember that if you cancel an order purchased entirely or partially using a gift voucher, you will be reimbursed for the amount that you paid in the end with the discount applied.

If your order has not been delivered at the estimated delivery date according to the confirmation email you received, please contact us having available the following information:

Your order number
Your account details
Your order cost
Your payment details.

If your purchase has been approved, your card will be charged immediately at the end of your order where you will receive a confirmation message at the email address you have provided.

The product may be returned even if its packaging has been opened if a defect is found within the content that is inconsistent with the nature of the product sold and is not due to misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for use of the product which are included within. In any case, the product to be replaced should be returned with all the documents accompanying it (eg invoice, retail receipt, etc.) and it should not have been removed from its packaging.
